Juan Martin Baigorria

He was born in Argentina in 1977 and lives in Bologna, where he works as documentary director and photographer. He worked on documentaries like "La prigione Invisibile”, “Una scelta di dignità”, “Dalle onde del mondo” and “A Bagnile vivevan gli eroi” as director of photography and camera operator. Along with Lisa Tormena, he co-directed "Aicha is back", about emigrant women who came back in Morocco, achieving many awards and "Syrian Edge" about Syrian refugees in Lebanon. He worked on photographic reportages on Moroccan and Syrian migrants and about the Arab Spring.
