Ivan Grozny Compasso
Biography
Ivan Grozny Compasso is a freelance reporter. In 2014 he published "Sport Thieves" (Agenzia X 2014) and "Inside Kobane"-a diary of war about the defence of Rojava (Agenzia X 2015). "Ente la Espada y la Pared"(2017) is his fourth documentary after “Carlo Petrini, a life in two stages"(2011),"Fora da Copa"(2014) and "Puzzlestan"(2015).
He contributes with Manifesto and has also contributed with "La Repubblica","la gazzetta dello sport"(Extra Time), the weekly "left" in which he has written about international topics such as reportage about Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina etc. and the Middle East (Turkey, Syria, Iraq....). He conducted Radio Sherwood from 2000 till 2010. He has also co operated with the tv show Gazebo on Raitre.
