Synopsis
The 80% of Italian oil is produced in Basilicata. It’s the region that pays the highest price, in a country that is the tax haven of drilling.
Italy has the lowest taxation system in the world and, with a system of exoneration, many companies don’t pay taxes. “Italy’s black gold” is a journey inside the valley of oil.
