Synopsis
The story and memory of the former Forensic Psychiatric Hospital of Sant’Eframo Nuovo, narrated through the diary and poems of a former convict (Michele Fragna), are intertwined with images of a spring of change, of the current process of regeneration of one of the largest and least known historical buildings of Naples.
